Pura Vida Dauin, Vida Homes, Pura Vida Cabilao

For Dauin and Cabilao, you can check availability and reserve your rooms. We will directly get in touch with you to confirm and finalize your itinerary. Please note that you cannot pay for the rooms on the website, as your vacation could include transfers and diving, plus any special requests or details for late arrival times. Our team will assist you to make sure all is good to go, before making any payments.

We are able to hold your room for 5 days. If we do not hear from you within this time, the room (s) will be automatically released again.

Island Hopping, and all partner resorts/destinations

For all other destinations (Malapascua, Alona, Moalboal and Sipalay) and our best-selling Island Hopping, kindly click the booking button. Fill out the short questionnaire and our team will get back to you the moment they receive your inquiry. Average time for the entire questionnaires is 2 minutes.

Payments

If your booking is confirmed, as per agreement with all our partner resorts, a downpayment of 30% of the confirmed invoice is required to secure your accommodation and dive packages. Please settle your remaining balance 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Due dates of down payments, together with the bank details for the desired currency. Kindly use www.oanda.com for the adjusted currency exchange on the date of any transaction. When paying through PayPal, we will share the transaction charges with you. Sea Explorers will charge you 2% on top of your total invoice amount. Payments on the spot can be done in EUR, CHF, USD, AUD, and PHP. Online or credit card payments on the spot can be done via Paypal (charges shouldered by the guest).

IMPORTANT: For all credit card payments on the spot, you will be charged in USD.

Sanctuary fees are to be paid in cash at the dive center, after your last dive. For Island Hopping, please pay your SF, as well in cash, after your last dive at each destination.

All published rates are subject to change (strong fluctuation of currency exchange rates, changes in resort rates, etc) without prior notice.

Cancellations

How do I cancel my booking with Sea Explorers?

  • 46 days and more before arrival – total amount of the invoice will be refunded (bank charges will be carried by the customer who cancelled his booking)
  • 45 to 31 days before arrival – 30% of the total invoice will be charged
  • 30 to 15 days before arrival – 50 % of the total invoice will be charged
  • 14 to arrival date – 100% of the total invoice will be charged

Disclaimer

Sea Explorers is not covering any additional expenses and/or cancellation fees arising through natural disasters, so called “Act of God” and/or “Force Majeure”. (Example: additional transfers, additional stays in other hotels, change of hotels, cancellation of hotels, cancelled flights, missed flights etc.).
