PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Course

Have you seen divers who can glide and move through water with great control and less effort? It is simply being neutrally buoyant under water.  The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Course will help you improve and master buoyancy giving you better overall diving experience in the future.

PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Course

Taking the buoyancy course will help you become a better diver.  Through its buoyancy exercises, it will help you gain better control under water, including ascending and descending.  It will also help you in enhancing your air consumption and managing your weight system.  You will be able to observe and be one with the marine life without disturbing their habitat.

The PADI Peak Performance buoyancy course will particularly teach you about the following:

  • Defining the weight that you need without being too light or heavy;
  • Making sure you are balanced under water by adjusting your weight system and your scuba equipment;
  • Streamlining or finding a form that presents little resistance to water in order to save energy, to minimize air consumption, and to glide more smoothly in the water;
  • Hovering vertically or horizontally in a more effortless way;
