NITROX and REBREATHER

Scuba diving with enriched air ( NITROX ) is more and more requested from divers. In normal air there is 21% oxygen but if you dive with NITROX, your air can contain up to 40% oxygen and more. The advantage of diving with enriched air is that your no decompression limit will be increased. With NITROX tank fillings you can stay longer in the depth what can be very interesting for many dive spots.

Because you need to have a special knowledge about diving with enriched air, you have to take a course first before you can start diving with NITROX.

Sea Explorers offers the following about NITROX:
  • NITROX tank fillings
  • Own NITROX filling stations
  • PADI Enriched Air Specialty Courses
  • PADI Enriched Air Specialty Instructor Courses

PADI offer very interesting courses about diving with enriched air.
NITROX allows you to stay longer in the depth and that means you can watch longer frog fishes, sea horses, sharks and manta rays.
If you dive with NITROX your body will be less saturated with nitrogen and this is better for your health.
If you dive NITROX with Sea Explorers, so you "dive with a longer smile".

REBREATHER means diving with an apparatus who refreshes your exhaled air that you can breathe again more or less the same air. The advantage of diving with a rebreather equipment is there will be no bubbles who can scare the fishes and this means you can go closer to the fishes. Sea Explorers is able to offer this kind of diving to our guests with Draeger-Dolphin/Atlantis rebreather equipment.
